Ann Keating is a Managing Director of IGI. She first joined the firm’s Boston office in 1990. Ms. Keating manages a variety of cases including internal fraud, bid fixing, environmental, due diligence, litigation support, asset location, product liability, trademark infringement, product diversion, contract award disputes, corporate mergers and acquisitions, and other complex investigations.
In addition, Ms. Keating has worked on several criminal cases involving hate mail, stalking, police brutality, arson, embezzlement, racketeering, bribery, theft, and sexual assault and harassment. Ms. Keating has also conducted numerous security surveys for both individual and institutional clients.
In 2007 and 2008, Ms. Keating was head of Business Intelligence Services at the Boston Office of Deloitte Financial Services, where she was part of a large team conducting an extensive international case involving alleged violations of the United States Foreign Corrupt Practices Act.
Prior to joining IGI, Ms. Keating worked as an in-house investigator for a Boston law firm, specializing in complex real estate and utilities litigation and conducting numerous corporate history investigations, witness locations, and background investigations.
From 1983 to 1987, Ms. Keating interned at the Norfolk County District Attorney’s office in the Sexual Assault Unit and assisted in the preparation of a report on juvenile sexual offenders.
Ms. Keating graduated from Tufts University with a bachelors degree in English.
